Many words not translable

    Many words in the plugin are not translable, i have the edit manually the archives and insert the variable to display in .po for example.

    Words (shortcode wdesk_support): Your Tickets
    # Subject Requested Assignee Status

    Is there a way to update it?

    Please let us know the following details:

    1) How are you trying to translate the plugin? If you are using any third party plugin, let us know so that we can test this issue with that plugin.

    2) To which language you are trying to translate?

    Hello,

    1) Yes, i’m using the Loco Translate and I also tried with Po-Edit. I did the changes in files too, fixing the links with the poedit, but I updated the plugin because I forgot and I lost all the changes in the code.
