509 Bandwith Limit Exceeded

When we open our organization’s (Catholic Social Services) website, https://www.cssalabama.org, this message appears: “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later”. How are we going to fix this? I just put pictures and added some pages using the WP Bakery. I was not the one who first made our website. So I don’t know if we have a host, I don’t know how to code, etc. I can’t log in to the dashboard now. Please help us. Thank you.
