Error in login form

  • Hello,
    my login page doesn’t work. Blank page.

    this is the error:

    plugin 3.1.9.3
    default theme, no other plugin installed

    Any solutions?

    Is this when logged in, or not logged in?

    Is the login page using the [wpmem_form login] shortcode?

    Is the login page set as the login page in the plugin’s main options?
