Fatal error – conflict with Password Bcrypt

Hi,
first, I love your plugin. But…There is a CONFLICT when setting up a standard mode (vs legacy – btw, there is no description of this, what is the difference between these modes?).
I get a fatal error when using Roots Soil plugin which requires Password Bcrypt as a MU plugin.
