Imported DEMO forms can’t be assigned to List

    I want to use a imported styled newsletter included with my theme.

    When i shortcode a imported form on any page of my website, it displays fine. When someone tries to sign-up for the newsletter the folowing error message comes up:

    The requested resource could not be found.

    I assume this error persists because imported forms arent’t assigned to a Mailchimp Mailing list yet. The problem is, there is no option to assign them to my list?
    I can’t edit the form, error message:

    We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.

    My theme author advised me to contact Yikes Support, because the styled form displays fine, it should be plug-in related.

    I tried to re-install the Yikes EasyForm plug-in, also checked my mailchimp API key and removed the API cache.

    ps. I do not need edit the form itself, it only has to be assigned to my MailChimp list.
