Which slider plugin to set different height for screen sizes

  • I have used way too much time trying to find the ideal image slider plugin. There are an aweful lot available, but I cannot find one with these options:

    • Full width image, responsive
    • Lightweight, preferably download smaller images to small screens
    • Insert a simple html text element in layer above image, one for each image is ok
    • Set slider height for each screen size
    • Some basic animation options

    Slider plugins tend to be one of two kinds: 1) very simple, only image or video slider, or 2) overloaded animation slider like revolutionslider and others. The option to set height according to screen size (like media queries), I don’t find in any of them yet.

    Any suggestion appreciated!
