CF7 5.x not sending emails

  • Hi, the old CF7 plugin worked well, but now it does not send any emails. The Postman SMTP is well configured, as I used to receive WP and WooCommerce email notifications.
    Contact Form 7 is not responding, just the arrow rotating endlessly.

    Please advise or send repair
