  • An error occured when contacting webservice. Please try again later.

    It happens to me either in remote as in local enviroments.

    Any idea why?

    Remote info:

    Hosting package HC-Classic
    cPanel Version 68.0 (build 33)
    Apache version 2.4.29
    PHP version 7.1.15
    MySQL version 5.6.38
    Architecture x86_64
    Operative system linux
    Perl version 5.16.3
    Kernel version 3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64

    Local

    Mamp Pro 4.4.1
    PHP 7.2.1
    MySQL 5.6.38

  • Hi Marcosdipaolo,

    Do you have check if you have the PHP Curl extension enabled ? Maybe you should check in your PHP’s error log to detect an error.

    In the log file i see…
