Contact form 7 not sending emails

Hi im doing charity for one local org helping abused woman. They have been hacked, Ive recovered them from older backup and applied wordfence. Thanks for this plugin.

However Im having problem as clients asking for help via “contact form 7” plugin.

Now users cant use form as its permanently blocked after sending. If i turn off wordfence its working.

Could you help ne to determine which option do i have to setup to allow contact form 7 sending emails from frontend please?
