login issues after setting URL

  • I used Duplicator to reinstall my site on my server, after doing so everything works after changing the Permalinks. The issue is that I type https://www.utmesh.com, once the site loads, the address switches to my public IP address in the address bar. if I change my WordPress address, and SiteAddress to https://www.utmesh.com, I can no longer login to my dashboard. what step am I missing?

    I’d recommend doing the following:

    • Open your website’s database in PhpMyAdmin (or some other database editor) on your website’s host (not on localhost)
    • Go to wp_options table
    • Change options named siteurl and home to your actual domain
