• Like many others in the forums I really wanted to love this plugin. And you know what, the plugin itself is actually pretty good and the help/support documents are also quite good. I was able to connect all my accounts and configure how I wanted them to work.

However… if you need any level of support then just move on and do no purchase this product (even the paid version). Often you read reviews about poor support and I think well maybe because people ask some pretty silly questions etc but if you have a real/genuine issue (I have experience with WordPress) they will respond.

    Well no, they won’t.

Also if you were considering purchasing this to take advantage of the Mailchimp integration you will be sadly disappointed to know that you can only publish to a whole list. You cannot select groups or segments on your list – its either all or nothing which I think is very misleading on how they market “You can send your blogposts as email campaigns to specific subscribers”.

    So buyer beware.

    Thanks for your review.

So your request for the one new very specific feature that only you need and that we actually did put (specifically for you!!!) on our “to-do” list is a “bad support”?

What exactly we had to do to not be considered as terrible company? Just drop everything and implement that feature overnight?
