Unable to use REPORT ISSUE

    When Using REPORT ISSUE I get this error:

    Something went wrong: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 0 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    GoDaddy: Economy Shared Hosting
    Plesk: WordPress 4.7.4
    All-in-One Version 6.65

    It seems like GoDaddy is blocking cURL requests to our helpdesk and probably to any other server.

    Is there a way to use my godaddy email server that works instead of yours?
