Before anyone asks – I’ve followed the FAQ and couldn’t resolve the issue.

The site is hosted by GoDaddy.
The email is managed by G-Suite (Google).
All email from the site are being sent (contact form etc…). Only WC emails are not being sent.

I’ve tried several SMTP plugins with no vail (I’ve used them on other sites and they worked).

Approaching GoDaddy result in a request to pay for premium support to resolve the issue.

    Any idea?

PS: I’m a WordPress developer and it’s the first time I see such a case where only WC’s email are not being sent.

    Hi there,

Its odd that the SMTP plugins fail as well :/. Time to debug then.
What do the server error logs and the PHP error logs say?
Any fatal errors logged in WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs?
I assume you have ruled out conflict?
Tried a complete reinstallation (deactivate, deinstall, install, activate) of WooCommerce?

    Kind regards,

Eventually I’ve copied the site to my hosting and the problem is gone, with no single change to the site and no smtp plugins.
Which proves the problem is with GoDaddy.

Now I’ll let the client decide if she wants to move to another hosting or outrageously pay them to “fix” this.

Nice job finding the source of the issue at least ??

These hosts have been doing things in the area of WooCommerce to extend compatibility: https://woocommerce.com/hosting-solutions/. So instead of blaming WooCommerce for a problem, the proactively work on fixing it.
