• Resolved carryoncoding

I’ve just started seeing this error on one of my sites; other sites are ok. Every document in the library is currently unavailable. I can see them using FTP but they cannot be previewed or downloaded. We’re looking at permissions and logs but I wanted to get it out there that problem exists. I’m not sure that it’s related to an update as 3.8.3 came out a day or two ago and this error has only just appeared.

    Anyone else seeing this?
    Thanks,
    Phil.

False alarm – as far as mDocs is concerned anyway! The mDocs folder on the server was missing nearly 800 documents. I have no idea how they got deleted but it led to the fault above. I have copied them from the backup site and all is well – until next time!

So the question is: how could the docs have been removed….? Wierd. I’m not blaming v3.8.3 but I’d be interested if anyone else experienced similar?

    Cheers,
    Phil.

Thanks for this, I will take a look at my code and see if anything might cause this issue. Just to be sure.

@carryoncoding how did you resolve this issue?
