can not login in wp admin page

Hi.. I updated Cerber to 6.5 and i cant login into WP anymore.
I do get the inlog screen but after that it says
“We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed”

cerber says under event “Form submission denied”
If i disable cerber its no problem.
I added my IP to the green list.

It was never a problem before.
Anyone know this problem??

wordpress is version: 4.9.4–nl_NL_formal
