SQL error with iqblockcountry_clean_db()

I have the same kind of error that was mentioned in this topic (marked as resolved, that’s why I am opening a new one) :

I am with this configuration :
MySQL Database Version: 5.5.59-0+deb7u1-log
MySQL Client Version: 5.5.59
Database Host: xxxxxxxxx.db.1and1.com
SQL Mode: Not Set

PHP Version: 7.2.3

WP version : 4.9.4
