Redirect not working on Login page

  • I’ve been trying to implement Ultimate Member and have had several issues. I started with version 2.02 and was told that the issues were due to it being in beta. So I removed version 2 and installed the version 1.3.88. However, I continue to have problems with the login form redirecting as I’ve specified. I want the login form to refresh the active page. I have this set up this way for my member and subscriber user roles, as well as in the Options section of the Default Login form. The page redirect back to the login page with the user now logged in.

    My second issue is that I have the cover photo turned off on the Appearance > Profile page, but the cover photo placeholder still shows.

    Hi @luanapost,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active on your server e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache or CloudFlare?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this issue goes away. Please also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
