Paid version does not work

  • Ongoing problems with “known bugs” (per their paid support forum) render the plugin unusable at this time. These bugs are easy to reproduce on a clean WP install, leading to the conclusion that they did not test all functionality, or are in the habit of releasing and charging for(!) the software with unresolved bugs.

    I’m sorry you had a poor experience, @swinggraphics.

    Bugs can and do happen, but we do our best to minimize these: a great deal of effort in fact goes into quality assurance with every release.

    Are there specific issues you’re referring to, here? If we can tighten things up we’d love to do so.

    I’ve reported most of the issues I’ve encountered on your forums, and in other cases, I have seen others have reported them previously.
