    I have installed Codisto LINQ on a multisite install of WordPress.
    I receive an “Error 500 – Internal Server Error” in the backend after trying to link it to my eBay account.

    Please can someone advise. I have tried contacting support, and I received a meaningless reply: “The error that you are experiencing is about 500 server error. You need to contact your WordPress Developer and provide the following Sync error that needs to be fix.”

    This is the sync error:
    /sync – Woo Sync Request FAILED {“endpoint”:”https://avanorstore.co.uk/the-antiperspirant-and-deodorant-company-uk/codisto-sync/”,”status”:0,”responsetext”:””,”exception”:”Error in the HTTP2 framing layer”}
    Error during Woo Sync:

    Plugins should work straight out of the box. If there is an issue, support should provide steps for the user to fix the issues. Failing that, they should provide information on what is required to make the plugin work.

    Hi,

    The error indicates we are unable to successfully connect to your site using HTTP2.

    Our plugin does work straight out of the box for thousands of stores, unfortunately, there are near infinite configurations of wordpress / woocommerce.

    I will be contact on our support channel to request credentials to your site to see if we can debug the HTTP2 error that is occuring.

    Thanks for replying. I’ve provided the FTP and login details.
    What is HTTP2?

    Oh and I do appreciate that plugins might clash with particular wordpress/woocommerce configurations. I just wasn’t impressed with the support team’s unhelpful response.
    Glad to know you are on the case ??

    Can you confirm that Codisto works with a multisite WordPress install?
