How display my categories in tabs.

    This is my first steps in wordpress, and I have maybe – stupi/easy (or not) problem.

    I create my events category, but now I see they are not being treated like a normal category, so they don’t appear. Can i do anything to change it?

    I want my event categories can chose from list “select category”

  • Hi,

    The Events categories are separate categories for your Calendar only. They are created for making your calendar display with a detailed view. The events of the category can be also highlighted with the selected color.

    For Example you have Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Categories, then, when adding an Event you can apply the Summer Event to Summer Category. So, these categories are for your calendar only, while the categories for your website are for applying to WordPress standard posts.
