Professional and Reponsive

I use this plugin on 4 sites and every time I have needed support Jeremy in support has been both prompt and professional in dealing with my requests. I could not ask for more in the often less than helpful world of plugin support. These guys are great and I recommend them as the back up tool of choice. I have tried various other back up tools and without exception WPBackitUp always outperforms the others.
