Can someone please help me with this?
I’m using WP Custom Widget Area.
I created 3 widget areas for the footer, put the code in the footer.php file with class designation, put a text widget in each widget area with short sentence in each, styling works fine on each widget area.

Everything “works” fine mechanically; however, I have a mysterious black dot—like a bullet point—showing in the margin area of each widget in front of the text. I swear it looks just like a bullet point.

I put an image in one of the widgets: same problem; black bullet point in front showing outside the widget in the margin area.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
    Thanks so much.

hi @adhdcelt, there’s two way, you can edit widget area and set “Before/After widget” to div or other available tags (by default its li). or second way is to add css targeting that widget area “li” tag. hope this helps.

    Thanks
