css file missing after backup

    hello there,

    I just did a backup of my website and the theme has changed because mine is “broken”, the style.css file gone missing.

    How can I go back to my theme ?

    Hi,

    Doing a backup should not affect / change anything on your site.

    Did you mean a restoration? if so could you please attach your restoration log file here via a service like pastebin as the contents will be to large to post here.

    If you didn’t do a restoration and your theme has gone, can you install the theme again either via the WordPress store or if it’s a custom theme upload it again via FTP.

    I actually just did a backup. I uploaded the css file missing again and the website works fine now but I don’t understand why the backup did this.

    This is so weird…
