Payment Method Tag

  • Hi,

    In my woocommerce I have 2 payment methods:
    * Paypal
    * Other Payment

    So, I need to add payment tag to activecampaign for start automation

    How can I pass the tag to activecampaign?

    Hi Tore,

    Sorry but wc-ac-hook does not pass additional order information through to AC (either in the form of a custom field or a tag dependent on order fields).

    I would think it is possible with version 3 of the ActiveCampaign Deep Data Integration (API). When I last looked there were two options for integration using this DDI API:

    ActiveCampaign’s own WooCommerce Integration (only available with Plus plan)
    or
    Active Woo based on ActiveCampaign DDI (paid for plug in)

    I don’t know if they specifically do what you require (I know they sync some order data but I’m not certain if that includes payment method), but if it is really important to you then I suggest you take a look at them.
