    Hello,

    I cannot send a new optimization request, the image server returns:

    Failed to push to LiteSpeed IAPI server: “Too many errors while fetching image source files for previous request.”

    I have:

    Images requested: 12 groups (79 images)
    Images failed to optimize: 21 groups (21 images)

    Images notified to pull: 0 group (0 image)

    I am at level 5 and I can send 399 images at once.

    Please help.

    Can you send and give us report number here, from WordPress admin area -> Litespeed cache -> Report.

    Did you change some images after you request optimization or some other plugin related to images.

    Hello,

    No, the only plugin related to image optimization is LSCWP. There were some performance issues with the server during the image optimization request (we were experiencing spikes in CPU load) if that’s of any importance.

    Hello,

    I was able to pull the images. Thank you.

    In the email that I received, you said that I was not able to pull the images due to the fact that my firewall was blocking LiteSpeed image server to send the optimize images.

    Since I cannot deactivate the firewall altogether, can you please tell me what is/are the image server IP address(es) so as to add them in the firewall white-list?

    That was for different post and that is why i edit my answer and i`m sorry about that.

    Still we will see if we can post our IP addresses/network. That way people can avoid blocking our optimize servers.
