The plugin works only if it entered the site as an administrator. What is the reason for this?

The error:
Admin Notice: unable to get results. possible reasons:

Instagram account may be private or inavalid username/tagname.
network or server side issue.

It only shows up some of the time, the other times it just shows a blank area where the gallery should be. Hope this helps isolate the issue.
