    How large is the file?

You may need to possibly review any php.ini/.user.ini files in case the default memory values are too low for the theme you are trying to upload. If one doesn’t exist, you may need to create one.

    9.98mb is the size

I went to Cpanel and under file manager uploaded the zip file and then extracted it but still no luck.

What does “no luck” mean? What files were in the .zip file you extracted and where did you extract it?

If you click on MEDIA->ADD NEW, what does it say about the maximum upload size?

No luck means it does not show in WordPress. I uploaded the zip file to Cpanel files, extracted it there. It shows all the files.

Media says upload file max size is 32mb

Did you unzip the files into a directory in wp-content/themes?

Does the set of extracted files include “style.css” or is there another zip file inside that first zip? That’s a common problem with commercial themes — people don’t read the README and upload the wrong .zip file.

Yes I did unzip to wp-content/themes. I did find the hidden zip file but that does not upload either I get the same response

When I find the buried zip file and upload it, I now get the missing style.css file. I went through Envato, Themeforest, and the author of the theme has abandoned comments section and Netlabs is no longer offering help. This is a theme I use for 2 different sites. Is there a way to get the style.css file from my existing sites and use it for the new one. If not I guess I will just apply for a refund and find a new theme to use.
