delay when submitting the form

    Dear Abdullah, Dear All,

    My “clients” so to speak are experiencing delay when submitting a form. I did try and have delays sometimes (for unknow reasons). I have followed advices on the below link :

    But even with the minimum requirements, it is still slow sometimes. I checked the log, and there was nothing really helpfull (I can send it if it helps).

    URL of the formular is : https://leplatdujour.ch/formulaire/ but it has to be private but people have to register first…

    Could we please find a solution together ? That would be very helpfull ! I plan to have more and more visitors and I feel bad asking them to be patient.

    First Thanks for using our plugin and writing us about the issues you have,
    Sure, i would love to help you out,

    I can give you some clues/hints to troubleshoot the issue, as without errors we could not find the issues you are getting, so i want you to do the following
    1. There might be some errors in log of CF7 google sheet plugin, if the issue is with the same plugin,
    2. Install Query Monitor Plugin on your site and then
    open the particular form which takes the time to load, fill up the form and click on submit,
    After submitting, on the top black bar, you will see some slow queries error, PHP notice errors and many more,
    just go through and send me those screenshot, which helps to understand more,

    Hello Cyril,
    Thanks for the email along with details,

    There is an issue with the other plugin too like database-browser and contact-form-7-style please try to de-activate this plugins, then
    clear the debug log while going here– wp-content\plugins\cf7-google-sheets-connector\logs\log.txt
    you have to delete all the logs from the above file and save the file empty..

    then re-authenticate with google and try again…
    if still issue is there let me know
