• I’ve had Customify as a plug-in installed before and worked fine. Now, it doesn’t appear in my plug-ins.

    When I search for it, it allows me to click the install button but it will say “Installation Failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    How can I reinstate this plug-in?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hey there,

    There’s a simple way of fixing this problem. All you have to do is:

    1. Install the File Manager plugin;
    2. Go to Dashboard → WP File Manager;
    3. Access the wp-content/plugins folder;
    4. Delete the customify folder;
    5. Install again the Customify plugin.

    Best,
    Radu
