    Hi,

We are interested in setting up Awesome Support to our platform.

However, since we use EDD and most of its data is stored to our wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables along with oour real posts and products, we are worried about this start to add many entries more in each ticket, making that table even more and more heavy and less normalized.

We would like to use a dedicated table or even another database under a subdomain or something.

Is this possible on any of your plans or we customizing some code?

    Thanks.

    Hello:

We also use the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables for our data. There are a couple of add-ons that use external tables for minor functions for the core plugin uses the WordPress core tables for everything.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.

And what about premium plans? I read some gives you the ability to store it in AWS or VPS?

I’m looking for any alternative but store it in wordpress wp_posts. Would like to hear all choices so we can decide to purchase your product.

    Thank you.

    Hi:

Unfortunately we don’t have any alternative – all versions use the WordPress tables for data. Even if you use AWS or a VPS, you still start off with WordPress as the CMS and then add Awesome Support on top of it.

    Thanks.
