Change Search Bar Response ‘Not Found!!!’

If I am searching for questions through the search bar and there are no matching results, an option of ‘Not Found!!!’ comes up. How do I change this response?

Also If I were to press ‘Enter’ in the search bar I get results from my entire website, not just the Q&A section. How do I filter the search to only query the Q&A section?
