Should the custom message still display in multiple item orders?

    This plugin did exactly what I needed it to and saved me some time trying to set it up. I just noticed it doesn’t include the message if more than one product is in the order though. Is that intentional? I need the custom message to show up when a specific product is ordered regardless of whether they also ordered other items.

    I’m having no issues getting messages to appear in orders with multiple products… I’ll test again and report back to be sure.

    Hi @daviswebstudio,

    I have confirmed that the latest version (2.1.3) does show multiple messages when multiple products are in the same order.

    In the above order are 2 regular Products and one Virtual Product.

    Please let me know if the latest update fixes your issue.

    In your screenshot is the red part the custom message? My messages were showing up below the associated product in the table rather than at the bottom of the email. I wonder why my mine was working differently? It wasn’t working for me if more than one product was purchased. In any case I ended up adding a custom field and pulling that into the template instead. Maybe there was a conflict in my theme. Thanks for following up.

    The red text below everything is a message, and the other message is the image of “Hackerman” at the top — both are separate messages assigned to different products in that order.

    The 3rd product in that order has a message assigned for the “Processing” email… This screenshot shows the messages I’ve set for the “Complete” email.
