post form on single page?

heya, i’ve got a short question: is it possbile to include the post form from /wp-admin/post-new.php on a single page thus one can write without being in the backend like on https://www.fubiz.net/submit (still a wordpress) ??

It should surely only work when logged in.
Any ideas? :-/
