Just checked this feature – and it’s working correct for me. Maybe you can provide some more info? As a plugin developer I know how it hard to help to resolve issues without any clarifications.

Can you contact us via our internal form with more detailed description of your issue?
What information is required? – What country do you use to show/hide only? If it’s possible, make screenshot with your popup main settings and provide link to a page on your website, where we can see that popup and test it.
If you already did it, please let me know your ticket ID, because unfortunately I can’t find it.
