Refresh page after printing

  • Two things:
    1. Is there anyway to automatically refresh after the page prints, right after the print dialog closes? That would be a great help

    2. This plugin works great in Firefox and IE but does not function in Chrome or Opera. In those two browsers it does not print any content

    Just tried in Chrome and had no issues.
    Check your JavaScript console, are there any extensions that are maybe throwing errors?

    What do you mean by refresh? Do you mean submit the form or actually reload the page? What would the purpose be?

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I do not see any extensions that would be causing this issue. I did try it on another machine and got same results. One machine is Windows 8.1 and the other is Win 7. What about Opera?

    I want to actually reload the page. The reason is that my client has a computer repair shop. When his clients fill out a paper support ticket often he cannot read their writing. So he asked for this form that would substitute for the paper form. He will have a laptop at the front of his facility and will have the clients fill it out their. He wants to have them print it AND have the page automatically reset so it is clean for the next client. All I “can think of to handle that is to reload the page.
