    Hi
1st of all: I love this plugin!
    But…

Very often I have this problem:
    – I go to my wordpress login page, let’s say https://www.mywebsite/mycustomloginpage.php
(the name of the login page was previously set into the “personalized login page settings”, having also set to true the option “disable wp-login-php”)
    – Suddenly I receive the message “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed”

This happens VERY often, let’s say almost every morning, the 1st time I attempt to login to wordpress.

So, being locked out, what do I do?
I connect to the website via FTP, rename the wp-cerber plugin folder and then attempt to login to wp-login.php.
It then login to wordpress, go back to the ftp client and rename the wp-cerber folder to its correct value.
Once logged in, everything works great.

So, this is very frustrating, 1st of all because I have to do it every morning for every website I manage.

This behaviour shas started since a few weeks, with one update you released.
Now, maybe it’s some settings on my side that is wrong, but I assure you I did not touch a settings, but the two I wrote about above here.

Any idea of what should I do in order to make the plugin work as intended?

Each of the websites having this problem are NOT receiving huge traffic, it’s like 50 users a day, with very low (or none) suspect activity.

    Hi!

The magic recipe is easy. Remove .php ending from your Custom login URL.

    Bye

Hi, sorry to hijack the topic, but my url doesn’t have .php to start with, and it still won’t allow me to login. First time this happened, no idea how to proceed? Thank you.
