Custom Action after form submission is not working

    I have read several other complaints on this topic however, the solution given about the catching does not work in my case. It all worked well before the update. All of my settings are in place but the pop-up page after the form submission (including a valuable coupon code) does not appear, ever. Please help!

    Could you please describe the steps of setting the custom action of a pop-up page after the form submission?
    If you added custom code, please send us that code and tell where have you put it.

    I did not create any custom code. This has worked for several months until just the other day… I’m confused.

    I went to Form Options > Actions After Submission > Selected “custom Text” > entered into text field:
    “Thank you %Name% for your submission!

    Use code MYWORLD18 at checkout for 50% off your first diagnostic class.

    We look forward to seeing you in class soon at My World in English!”

    This text should follow my same form design as the first pop-up form. Thank you for your help!

    If no, please check whether you have a cache plugin.

    Yes, it is saved on the Form Maker > Submissions page.
    No, I do not have the cache plugin. I have a setting that includes caching and I turned it off. I cleared caching. I resaved the Form Maker > Submissions page and it still doesn’t work.
