    I purchased the developer version of Slider WD. On one of the sites I installed it on (it’s been up and running for a couple of months now), I noticed there was a small number next to WD Manager, indicating that an update was available. When I clicked the update button, the spinning balls appeared for a few seconds, then a red X in a circle appeared, indicating the update failed … I assume. The plugin also disappeared from the page I was on. I clicked the Reload List link and nothing appeared. I clicked the Purchased Plugins link and saw Slider WD, but now it had an Install and Activate button. I had already done this! So I clicked the button and it failed. I tried install and activate again. Again it failed. What’s going on? I get the feeling your WD Manager and activation process are more complicated (and problem prone) than they need to be. Are you putting profit protection ahead of customer convenience? Please advise. Thanks.
