    Hello,
    We’re running Paid Memberships Pro on our site and we’re having some issues. We’ve had about 20 new members sign up recently but their membership level set itself to none instead of the level they chose when making applying and making payments. I’ve been looking around for an answer but I’ve been coming up blank.

    Is there any known issues that you’re aware of, that could be causing this?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

    This could be a caused by a couple of reasons, does the user’s account get created okay?

    What payment gateway are you currently using?
