WordPress loopback stops because of this plugin

    The health check plugin reports the wordpress loopback has failed, ONLY when custom sidebars is activated. Tested on a clean WP installation as well only with custom sidebars and health check installed running twentyseventeen.

    Hope you’re well.

    Yes, we are aware of that, there is some conflict between Custom Sidebars and WordPress file editor. Our developers still working on it and it will be fixed at one of the next updates. As far as we test it doesn’t cause any problem on your site except WordPress file editor. If you found anything else please let me know.

    Version 3.1.2 – Still fails!!! Will have to create my own solution as we can’t have a “Health Check” fail in WP_Cron! “The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors. Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.” Your credibility is at risk here!!!

    just tested that with latest versions and seems that works well, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.
