    Hi there – I’m 30 day trialling lifterlms and all was good up til today, so I’m hoping for a little support and a fix for my issue. Everything works fine. I’m almost ready to show my customer the mechanics of how it will all work. With one exception – as follows

    When I select my menu item and display the course catalog page – the page displays the courses correctly – but with the addition of the following message splashed across the top of the page

    No products were found matching your selection

    I can’t figure out where this is coming from – because the page is finding the products.

    Any suggestions as to a fix for this minor issue gratefully received.

    Do you have a shortcode [lifterlms_courses] on your course catalog page? If so, that’s where the top message is coming from. That is a dynamic page which doesn’t require a shortcode so adding shortcode to the page will output duplicates of the catalog list. My guess is you have some additional criteria on the shortcode that’s causing no courses to be found by the first list (generated by the shortcode).
