    Hi all…

    I want to use this plugin as a way to keep track of a youth clubs members, but I want to be able to add images like their applaction forms, and permission slips from through the year, Id love to be able to add it so other trainers can log in and add notes to youths progression… Stuff like attendance and that. Can this be used in that manner?

    Yes, it’s possible, you can place your administrative notes in a group that has only administrative visibility.

    Those trainers would have to log is as WP users with an “editor” role. It is possible to do this on the frontend, so your trainers aren’t getting into the admin section, but it’s a bit more complex.

    A very easy way of doing this is by using a plugin like ‘Nav Menu Roles’ by Kathy Darling. You can actually restrict which menu a user can access dependent on their role. It isn’t perfect but you might like to try it out in the interim.
