  • Hi,

If you choose Integrated Option, please make sure:

    • In the Support Plus > General Settings > Support Page – you have selected the page which needs to be your support ticketing page.
    • In the Support Plus > General Settings > Theme Integration > Select YES only for the group you want to see the Integrated Interface (Admin, Supervisors, Agents or Customers)
    • We recommend using Integrated Interface for Customers and Stand Alone for everyone in your team.
    • In case the tickets still do not show up, simply go to page in edit more and add the short code [wp_support_plus] and then try.

I son’t know if it is proper to report on this post.

I have the same and exact issue here. I foolowed your instructions one by one, still yet, can’t get the support page to display any information.
When I added the code, and visit the page, it out puts the code just as I entered it as the content of the page.

Under theme integration, I selected yes to all, it did not work, I also selected no to all, still no result.

Here is the page for the support tickets.

Restrict to view advance support page i ticked all, without effect, I then un-tick them without any effect again.

Plugin still does not work after confirming settings and putting [wp_support_plus] on the page.

I got this to work for me by clicking the Upgrade to complete installation instruction in the admin dashboard.
