Logout Redirection issue

Hey there,

this might be a very outdated plugin, but it still works just fine in the current WordPress version.
However, I found a minor issue in the original code.

Although the plugin seems to check if SSL is used or not (after/during a login), it still redirects to a http-based URL, which leads to unnecessary errors. This behaviour seems to be hard coded:

		if($show_loginout){
                    if($use_redir){
                        $redir='https://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];
                    }
                    echo $each_entry['before'];
                    wp_loginout($redir);
                    echo $each_entry['after'];
                }

I know I could try to “hack fix” this, but if there ever would be an update, it would be destroyed.
