    I mean, I cannot get a shortcode to put on the contact page.

    Hi,

    Is this field empty?

    Please, note that besides the shortcode you can also use the CForm Maker icon to insert it into the page.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

    Hi. Thanks for your replay. Well, it’s not empty if I consider that [form id=”3″] a shortcode. But it also doesn’t work if I use it.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to use the CForm Maker icon too?

    Please, be informed that the form is successfully created and added to the page, but not shown in the page then the reason of the issue is most probably conflict with the theme of the webpage.
    Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

    Thanks again for all your help. I was finally able to publish it using the CForm Maker but now when I send a message to myself I don’t receive it even though it says “your form was successfully submitted”.

    Hi,

    Please, note that this might be a problem related to the hosting configurations of your website. Please install WP SMTP plugin and go to Settings > WP SMTP page. Scroll down to the bottom and send a test mail to your email address.

    If the test email will be sent, then the issue is triggered by Form Maker plugin, and we will need to have a closer look.

    But in case the test mail fails, the problem is on the server of your website. Please contact your hosting provider in this case, and ask them to enable mail functions on your site.
    Thanks! Have a great day!

    It finally seems that there was a mail function not working properly in my server. Thanks for all the help. A final question: is it possible to translate to Spanish a phrase that appears after sending a mail “YOUR FORM HAS BEEN SUCCESFULLY SUBMITTED”? Thanks again.

    Hi,

    Sure. Please, see here how you can change it.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

    ??
    Hi. I guess there must be something wrong, because mine is Contact Form Maker, not Builder. Do I need to download another app?

    Hi,

    Sorry for misunderstanding.

    Could you please, check the same URL again? I have changes the video.

    Thanks.

    Thanks again. I changed it very easily. Could I also change the alignment of the labels (name, mail address, etc..)? I’ve been trying to place the text in the center but I can’t find that option anywhere.

    Hi,

    Please, note that you can use the following CSS code to change the label position:

    .wdform-label-section {
    text-align: center !important;
    }

    Could you please, insert it in the Custom css of the theme of form that you are using?

    Thanks. Have a nice day.
