    Using wpSupportPlus 9.0.5

    The circles showing number of tickets for each status, is not effective use of space. A dashboard is expected to enable an easy grasp of the relevant facts. However, if there are more than 8 status values, you typically need to scroll the page to see all the circles. Thus, the Dashboard is not really useful as a tool.

    Instead you should show the data as a simple bar graph where there is one row for each status value, a total count, and a colored bar with the length proportional to the number of tickets.

    You can mange dashboard status in the settings. For this please go to Support Plus > Dashboard.
