Not seeing how to adjust the icon positioning

  • We installed and configured this plugin, but the icon floats at the top right, obscuring other things we have on the page (depending on page width, such as on mobile), and we’re not seeing how to adjust this.

    The CSS is in its own generated style tag above the iframe, so we can try adding our own matching style classes with !important, but we may just want the icon sitting inside some HTML next to another icon… and not seeing how to do that either without editing the plugin’s PHP source code.

  • Open up the widget and click the ‘Manage’ link down at the bottom. Sign in with the email address and the code sent when you got the widget – or that’s in the userway settings – anyway use that as a password. Then you’ll have links for changing the position and other options.
