• Yesterday I discovered that for some reason all of my events start and end times had gone back by one hour for no reason and the only thing I could find that fixed it was setting my website to UTC +1 to get the times back to the correct start and end times

    Hi Jack, please that you can go to Openticket Admin Tab > Settings > Dates and you should be able to adjust your date time issues there. Please also that you may want to clear your browser cache after doing this process. If this issue is still current feel free to contact us through your Opentickets My Account page – https://opentickets.com/my-account/. We will then provide you instructions on sending us a login.
