mobile user not getting whatsapp chat window

    I plugin is installed successfully, but some clicked on chat button then get a message to download WhatsApp, WhatsApp also running in mobile.

    Hey fellas

    So i have the same issue, the plugin is redirecting to that site “to download WhatsApp”. It works good at the desktop but at mobiles it keeps going to the store to download.
    I’ve clean the cache, tryed to uninstall and install again but the issue still there…
    I have many other sites that use the plugin and it works nice.
    Anyone can help? Thanks dudes

    Hi,

    This plugin detect mobile device based on user agent

    some Cache plugins does not create separate version for mobile, desktop devices,
    in that cases there is a problem,

    we are planning to solve that issue.
