Reduce the real stock on pending orders

hi @jamesgol, im david cardona, i have a question that was thinking to solve with ypur plugin but i couldnt.

Our payment gateway gives 5 day period to complete the payment. We use the option “Hold Inventory” for pending orders for 8000 minutes (around 5 days). But it doesnt reduce the inventory.
During the time the stock is not reduced, someone can overbuy the same product. They even can order it multiple times .
In this period the system will wait to receive the final payment (reducing stock) or change it to “failed” after it finishes (stock stays untouched)
Im looking to hire a custom work to create hook that do this:

1. The stock should be reduced in the pending orders.
2. If the pending order fails the stock should be restocked
3. if the pendind order is paid, the stock should not change (it already changed in step 1)
